KEY RESPONSIBILITY Supervise each worker and monitor their work performance. Plan and schedule each job according to priorities. Closely monitor output, wastages and machine efficiency. Ensure and maintain good quality output of each process. Maintain Good housekeeping. Ensure safety of each worker,machine, raw materials and finished productDirectly reporting to the Head Supervisor. Implement the Work procedure for each process, and report to the Head supervisor for any deviation. Implement preventive maintenance for each machine. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledgeable in 5S, GMP and HACCP, Can drive forklift Engineering Graduate Can work under minimum supervision. Supervisory skills Have at least two to three years experience on the same field. With good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Computer er of vacancies 5
