The Antipolo Star Resort has reached a stage in its development when fully trained management staff are now required.
We are seeking a Live on premises General Manager, who will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks.
1.The daily general operation of the Resort in all departments.
2.The training of departmental heads.
3.The entrepreneurial and actual organisation of special events on a regular basis
4.The putting in place of new operational procedures.
Answerable to the Resort owners or designated agent exclusively.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record inthe operation of similar hospitality businesss
Salary is negotiable and will include performance based bonuses.
